Refund Policy

LWG Play Passes:

Little Wise Guys, LLC has a zero return policy on play session tickets. Tickets will not be refunded for any reason. However, if you are unavailable to attend your purchased play session, you may email LWG at littlewiseguysllc@gmail.com. Your session may be rescheduled if there is availability. You must email LWG at least 24 hours before the play session in order to reschedule. 

 

LWG Play and Learn Kits and other physical products:

If you experience an issue with a Play and Learn Kit or other products purchases from LWG, please email littlewiseguysllc@gmail.com. A refund or exchange may be offered, depending on the circumstance. You have 10 days after your order arrives to request a return or exchange for your order. Refunds and exchanges will not be considered after the 10 day window of time.

Digital Products:

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any digital products. If you have questions or concerns regarding your digital download, please email littlewiseguysllc@gmail.com
